Self-Leadership can only be modeled by people who are Self-led. IFSI administrators need to have legitimacy to be responsible stewards of the IFS model. Otherwise, you end up with just another center for protector-leadership. Instead of courageous communication you get violent communication. Instead of compassion you get arrogance. Instead of unity you get division. Instead of healing burdens you perpetuate them. You drift ever further from the goal of bringing Self-Leadership to the world. The writing is on the wall.
